May/June 2021 Denver Jazz Club Newsletter Has Arrived!

The upcoming May 16th (Marti Henry’s Jazz Over Easy) and June 13th (Poudre River Irregulars) Denver Jazz Club monthly sessions are highlighted. Information on the Denver Jazz Club Youth All-Stars, including their upcoming performances and New Orleans Concert Tour, are also included. An article, “Remembering Jack LaForte,” covers Jack’s wonderful musical life as a performer and educator. Rounding out the newsletter is a Hot Jazz, Pop Jazz, Hokum, Hilarity and History article, including two important historical birthdays, by our editor, Ed Danielson.
