Denver Jazz Club Youth All-Stars to Perform at the Denver Jazz Club’s Sunday, October 17th (2-5pm) Monthly Session at Westminster Elks Lodge

  • Notes: Denver Jazz Club Monthly Session – 2:50-3:15pm; and 3:50-4:15pm Performance Sets; Performances by the Denver Jazz Club Youth All-Stars in between the sets of the Summit Hot Seven (Chaz Bowles, Trumpet; Bill Pontarelli, Clarinet; Marti Henry, Trombone; Scott Grove, Piano; Rory Thomas, Banjo; Roger Johns, Bass; and Dave Rohif, Drums), For the protection of our Denver Jazz Club members and guests: Please bring a copy of your proof of vaccination card, and show it at the entry to the Ballroom. It is required that those attending our monthly sessions at the Westminster Elks Lodge be vaccinated against COVID-19. Those 15 years and younger are required to wear masks at all times. For club-sponsored student organizations, full vaccinations are required for ages 12 and up. The club will keep a record of each member’s vaccination status, so only a one-time check will be needed. September-October 2021 Newsletter is Now Available for Download

An explanation that important COVID-19 vaccination proof is now required for entry to the Denver Jazz Club monthly sessions, in order to protect all our Denver Jazz Club members, is highlighted in this newsletter. Lance Acker and Friends will be featured at the Denver Jazz Club’s session, on September 19th, followed by the Summit Hot Seven on October 17th. All the information is included in this newsletter, including a summary of the Denver Jazz Club Youth All-Star’s recent New Orleans concert tour, and their recent cd, “It’s Mardi Gras Time!,” now available for purchase.
