On Sunday, July 21st be sure to attend the Denver Jazz Club Session at the Westminster Elks Lodge from 1:30 until 5:00pm! Award winning clarinetist Roger Campbell leads the hottest sextet since the Big Band Era! It’s the wonderful, sweet sounds of Roger Campbell’s After Midnight Band. A 1:30 to 2pm set will be performed by the UC Denver Claim Jumpers. The Denver Jazz Club Youth All-Stars will also perform an abbreviated set at 3:50pm. This will be the 2012-13 Youth All-Star’s final Club Performance before the new band takes over on August 11th. See you on July 21st!!

The July/August 2013 Denver Jazz Club Newsletter is now available for download. There is info on the DJC Youth All-Stars and their exciting concert tour to jazz festivals in Italy and Switzerland! The July 21st performance of After Midnight Jazz Band, and the August 18th session, featuring Marti Henry’s Jazz Over Easy.
