You are cordially invited to attend the Denver Jazz Club Youth All-Stars Concert
at the Colorado Music Educators Annual Clinic/Conference on Thursday, 1/24, from 11:45am until 12:30pm. The kids have worked very hard and are hoping you can hear their performance! The concert will be held in the Main Ballroom, and near the beginning of the performance you will be asked to stand and be acknowledged for all your wonderful support of these outstanding musicians.
 
We understand if you have a conflict and can’t make it, but it would be so great if you can come and support your very dedicated youth band.
 
Please understand that the dress for this concert is business casual. If you haven’t received your free ticket yet, please see one of the people at the entrance – they will have tickets available.
 
You can self park in the garage for $8.00, or have your car valet parked for $18.00.
 
Anyone who would like to join us, we will have a celebration lunch at 2:45pm, at the Golf Club Restaurant.

Poudre River Irregulars to be Featured at the Denver Jazz Club’s January 20th Session (2-5pm)

On Sunday, January 20th be sure to attend the Denver Jazz Club Session at the Westminster Elks Lodge from 2:00 until 5:00pm. It’s the wonderful sounds of the Poudre River Irregulars!  You’ll hear leader and trombonist Len Kellogg, bassist Dave Dale, drummer Oscar DeZoto, pianist Ray Leake, trumpeter Charlie Smith, banjo player Rory Thomas, and clarinetist Clark Burnside.

The Denver Jazz Club Youth All-Stars will perform during the second break (approximately 3:50pm).

Annual Holiday Potluck Session to Feature the Hot Tomatoes Dance Orchestra on Sun, Dec. 16th (2-5pm)

Be sure to attend the Sunday, December 16th Denver Jazz Club Session at the Westminster Elks Lodge from 2:00 until 5:00pm! The Hot Tomatoes Dance Orchestra will be the performance group. They are fantastic, so don’t miss it! There will also be a performance by our very own Denver Jazz Club Youth All-Stars at 3:45pm. This is the club’s annual holiday potluck, so everyone is invited to provide an entree, salad, appetizer or dessert to share. Admission is $10.00 per person for this special event.
